1. Introduction

Welcome to AstroReet (“Service”, “Platform”, “Website”). This Service is owned, operated, and managed by Glido Labs Pvt. Ltd.(“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in India.

By accessing, browsing, or using this Website and/or placing an order for any of our services, you (“User”, “You”, “Your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, which together constitute a legally binding agreement between You and the Company.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use this Website or purchase our services.

2. About the Service

AstroReet is a technology-enabled astrology consultation platformthat provides personalized Vedic astrology reports (“Kundali Reports”) based on the birth details (date, time, and place of birth) provided by the User. The Platform leverages technology infrastructure to facilitate the preparation and delivery of astrological reports prepared using traditional Vedic (Jyotish) methodology.

Our reports cover areas including but not limited to:

• Sampurna Janam Kundali Chart with all 12 Bhav analysis
• Graha Sthiti (planetary positions, strengths, and effects)
• Dasha Vishleshan (Mahadasha and Antardasha predictions for 5 years)
• Dosh analysis (Manglik Dosh, Kaal Sarp Dosh, Shani Sade Sati, Pitra Dosh)
• Guidance for marriage, career, finance, health, and relationships
• Personalized upaay (remedies), totke, and gemstone recommendations

Reports are delivered within 24-72 hours of confirmed payment via WhatsApp and/or Email as specified by the User during the order process.

3. Technology & Platform Usage

This Platform is built and maintained by Glido Labs Pvt. Ltd. using modern web technologies. The Company provides the technology infrastructure, payment processing integration, data storage, customer communication systems, and delivery mechanisms for the Service.

• Platform Technology: The Website is built using industry-standard web frameworks and is hosted on secure, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure.
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed through Razorpay Payment Gateway, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Glido Labs Pvt. Ltd. does not store any card numbers, CVV, or banking credentials on its servers.
• Data Infrastructure: User data is stored using Supabase (enterprise-grade PostgreSQL database) with encryption at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
• Communication: Reports and order confirmations are delivered via WhatsApp Business API and/or transactional email services.
• Analytics: We use Microsoft Clarity and similar tools to understand user behavior and improve the Website experience. These tools do not collect personally identifiable information beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Pricing & Payment

• The current price for the Sampurna Kundali Report is ₹199 (Indian Rupees), inclusive of all applicable taxes and charges. No hidden fees.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Net Banking, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and all major digital wallets.
• Your order is confirmed only after successful payment verification by Razorpay.
• A unique Razorpay Order ID and Payment ID are generated for every transaction and stored securely for reference.
• Prices are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the Company. Orders placed before a price change will be honoured at the original price paid.
• All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR). International payments will be subject to currency conversion rates applied by your payment provider.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Since our Kundali Report is a digital product customized exclusively for each individual, the following refund policy applies:

• Before report preparation: If you cancel your order within 2 hours of payment and before the report preparation has commenced, you may request a full refund by contacting us via WhatsApp.
• After delivery: No refunds will be issued once the report has been prepared and delivered to you, as the product is personalized and non-returnable.
• Incorrect details: If you provided incorrect birth details and the report cannot be corrected, a one-time revision may be offered at our discretion, free of charge.
• Technical/payment failures: If a payment is deducted but no order confirmation is received, please contact us within 48 hours. We will verify the transaction with Razorpay and either deliver the report or process a full refund within 5-7 business days.
• Duplicate payments: In case of duplicate charges for the same order, the excess amount will be refunded within 5-7 business days upon verification.

6. Delivery Terms

• Reports are typically delivered within 24-72 hours of successful payment.
• Reports are delivered via WhatsApp to the phone number provided during order, and/or via Email if an email address was provided.
• The report is delivered in digital format (PDF or structured document) in Hindi, in simple and easy-to-understand language.
• We are not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect contact details, blocked WhatsApp numbers, full email inboxes, or network issues on the recipient's end.
• If you do not receive your report within 72 hours of a confirmed payment, please contact us immediately for resolution.

7. Privacy Policy

Glido Labs Pvt. Ltd. is committed to protecting your privacy. This section describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information in compliance with applicable Indian data protection laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (as applicable).

7.1 Data We Collect

• Personal Information: Full name, phone number (WhatsApp), email address (optional)
• Birth Details: Date of birth, time of birth, place of birth
• Service Information: Selected service type, primary concern/query, situation description
• Payment Information: Razorpay transaction IDs (we do NOT store card numbers or bank details)
• Technical Data: Browser type, device type, IP address, pages visited (collected via Microsoft Clarity for analytics)

7.2 How We Use Your Data

• To prepare and deliver your personalized Kundali Report
• To communicate with you regarding your order (order confirmation, delivery, support)
• To process payments through Razorpay
• To improve our Website and services through analytics (Microsoft Clarity)
• To comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes

7.3 Data Sharing

Your personal data is never sold, rented, or disclosed to any third party for marketing purposes. We only share data with:

• Razorpay: For payment processing (governed by Razorpay's own privacy policy)
• Cloud Infrastructure Providers: For secure data storage (Supabase/AWS)
• Law Enforcement: Only when required by a valid court order or legal process

7.4 Data Security

• All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+)
• Database access is restricted using Row Level Security (RLS) policies
• Admin access requires authenticated credentials and is logged
• We do not store any payment card data on our servers

7.5 Data Retention & Deletion

• Your data is retained for up to 2 years from the date of your last order for customer support and legal compliance purposes
• You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us via WhatsApp or email
• We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations
• Anonymized and aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for analytical purposes

7.6 Cookies & Tracking

• We use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymized user sessions for improving website usability
• Clarity does not collect passwords, payment details, or sensitive personal information
• Essential cookies are used for website functionality (session management, security)
• You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• Our Kundali Reports are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. For any health, legal, or financial decisions, please consult qualified professionals.
• Glido Labs Pvt. Ltd. makes no guarantees or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or outcome of astrological predictions or remedies.
• Astrological remedies and upaay suggested in reports are traditional in nature. Individual results may vary and are not guaranteed.
• By ordering a report, you acknowledge that you are using this service for personal, informational guidance and not for any critical life decisions.
• The maximum liability of Glido Labs Pvt. Ltd. under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific service in question.
• Glido Labs Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on information in our reports.

9. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and truthful birth details. Incorrect details will result in an inaccurate report, for which the Company shall not be held responsible.
• You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
• You agree not to misuse, redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit any content from the report.
• You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank unless there is a genuine technical failure as described in Section 5.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your WhatsApp number is active and reachable for report delivery.
• You agree not to use automated scripts, bots, or other means to interact with the Website in a manner that could impair its functioning.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website including but not limited to text, design, graphics, logos, icons, images, software code, and reports is the intellectual property of Glido Labs Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws including the Copyright Act, 1957, and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.

• The Kundali Report delivered to you is licensed for your personal use only.
• Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any part of the report or Website content without prior written permission from Glido Labs Pvt. Ltd. is strictly prohibited.
• The “AstroReet” name and associated branding elements are proprietary to Glido Labs Pvt. Ltd.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Glido Labs Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
• Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct communication within 30 days of the dispute arising.

13. Modifications to These Terms

Glido Labs Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy contained herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Glido Labs Pvt. Ltd. with respect to the use of the Service. These terms supersede any prior agreements, communications, or understandings, whether written or oral.
